Cancellation and Return Conditions

CONSUMER RIGHTS – WITHDRAWAL – CANCELLATION AND RETURN CONDITIONS

GENERAL:

By placing an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the distance sales agreement.

Buyers are also considered to have accepted this document regarding the sale and delivery of the purchased product.

Shipping costs related to product shipment will be paid by the buyers.

Each purchased product will be delivered to the person and/or organization at the address specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed a period of 14 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.

The purchased product must be delivered completely, in accordance with the specifications specified in the order, and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual if available.

If the sale of the purchased product becomes impossible, the seller will inform the buyer in writing within 3 days from the time this situation is learned. The total amount will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.

IF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID FOR:

If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in bank records, the seller’s obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARDS:

After the product is delivered, if it is determined that the credit card used for payment has been used unlawfully by unauthorized persons, and the price of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product to the seller within 3 days, with the transportation costs to be borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEABLE REASONS:

If force majeure reasons occur that the seller cannot foresee, and the product cannot be delivered on time, the buyer will be notified of the situation. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar one, or the postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the buyer cancels the order; if they have made the payment in cash, they will be refunded in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and cancels the order, the product price will be refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible for the bank to transfer this amount to the buyer’s account within 2-3 weeks.

OBLIGATION OF THE BUYER TO INSPECT THE PRODUCT:

The buyer will inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before taking delivery; they will not receive the goods/services from the cargo company if they are crushed, broken, torn, etc., or are damaged and defective. The goods/services received are considered to be undamaged and in good condition. The buyer must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the goods/services should not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The buyer may use the right of withdrawal from the contract by rejecting the goods, without taking on any legal or criminal liability and without giving any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the purchased product to them or the person/organization at the address they indicated, by notifying the seller through the following contact information.

DURATION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

If the purchased product is a service, this 14-day period starts from the date of the contract. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the right of withdrawal period.

Costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal belong to the seller.

To use the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be sent to the seller via registered mail, fax, or email within a 7 (seven) day period, and the product must not have been used within the framework of the provisions of the “Products for which the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Used” section of this contract.

USE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

The invoice of the product delivered to the third party or the buyer, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent along with the return invoice issued by the institution. Returns of orders with invoices issued in the name of institutions cannot be completed without a RETURN INVOICE.)

The return form, the product to be returned, and its box, packaging, and standard accessories, if any, must be delivered completely and without damage.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

The seller is obliged to return the total amount and the documents that put the buyer in debt to the buyer within a maximum of 10 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification, and to accept the return of the goods within a 14-day period.

If the value of the goods decreases due to a reason caused by the buyer or the return becomes impossible, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller’s damages at the rate of their fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for changes and deteriorations caused by the proper use of the goods or products within the right of withdrawal period.

If the use of the right of withdrawal causes the campaign limit set by the seller to fall below, the amount of the discount used within the campaign is canceled.

PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED:

Products that are prepared according to the buyer’s request or clearly personalized and are not suitable for return, lower parts of underwear, swimwear, and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, single-use products, goods that are in danger of deteriorating quickly or are likely to expire, products that are unsuitable for health and hygiene reasons if the packaging is opened by the buyer after delivery, products that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature, publications such as newspapers and magazines, other than those provided under a subscription contract, services performed instantly in electronic environment or intangible goods delivered to the consumer instantly, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and data storage devices, computer consumables, if their packaging has been opened by the buyer, cannot be returned. Also, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services that have begun with the consumer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period.

If the service we provide is completed, the buyer is deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this contract. To be returned, the products must be unopened, untested, undamaged, and unused.
